What travelers say:
I love this place! They are all so nice, the food is clean and tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. It is rather quaint and humble but the point of the restaurant is to impress you with the food not looks. The owner is a sweet old man who is also a monk (I asked). He gave me nice cooking tips for vietnamese food. They make it all fresh for each customer so it may take a bit longer than Chipotle's but then the money is not corporate (privately owned franchises) aside from promoting veganism which is already a reason to support the business. The only thing I would change would be the large number of dishes with sugar in the recipe. They use brown sugar but still sugar... I usually ask for mine without of low sugar (some dishes require sugar). But then a whole lot less sugar than you eat in your lunch at Panera
